If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Silvora as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, dispatched, customised, or otherwise prepared for shipment.

Where exchanges are offered, availability may depend on the requested product, stock availability, and the applicable return conditions.

7. Important Note About Silver Jewellery
925 silver jewellery should be handled and stored appropriately. Changes in appearance, including natural tarnishing or oxidation, can occur with sterling silver due to exposure to air, moisture, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and other substances. Such natural changes may not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
